Nützlich nach grossen anstrengenden Workouts

Das Produkt ist von der Wirkungsweise praktisch. Nach intensiven Belastungen hilft es irgendwie besser zu Regenerieren. Erfahrungsgemäß kommt das auch gut hin. Geschmacklich ists nicht schlimm, könnte jedoch etwas angenehmer schmecken... (eher wässrig mit hohem Gewchmacksstoffanteil)

Produkt besteht zu 1/5 aus Zucker!

Ich kann die überwiegend positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Jeder, der sich halbwegs ernsthaft mit Bodybuilding beschäftigt, würde sich an die Stirn tippen, wenn man dem ein Produkt für die tägliche Supplementierung empfiehlt, welches zu gut einem Fünftel aus Zucker besteht. Als Vergleich: Das ist so, als ob Ihr Euch das hochreine Whey Isolat mit einer Dose Cola anmischt. Auf die Idee dürfte auch kaum jemand kommen. Wer dieses Zeug noch mit Milch mixt, der kann seinen Ernährungsplan gleich über Bord kippen. Das mag für einen kurzen Zeitraum in der Bulkphase noch funktionieren, für den täglichen Bedarf ist dieses Produkt in meinen Augen vollkommen falsch zusammengesetzt.

Mit dem Produkt bin ich zufrieden, hat fast alles drin was man braucht. Für anspruchsvollere gibt es hurricane extrem. Mir persönlich gefällt das dieses Produkt nach dem Training mich mit Kohlenhydraten und creapure versorgt, denn ich mag es nicht nach dem Training zu essen. Trainiere ziemlich spät. Das einzige Minus finde ich Geschmack habe natürliche Banane und Erdbeere bestellt, finde es süss und zu künstlich. Hab vor kurzem normale Vanilla gekriegt mal sehen wie der ist.

Gutes Zeug, aber zu viel Zucker

Von den Inhalststoffen keine Frage; top, aber der viele Zucker schreckt schon sehr ab. Ich persönlich mag cremige Schokolade am liebsten, Vanille hingegen schmeckt mir so gar nicht. Mische es daher mit Schokolade. Meistens trinke ich es mit Wasser und nur einem Schuß (laktosefreie) Milch, dann ist es nicht ganz so wässrig und lässt sich gut trinken.

Habe mir das Pulver Hurricane XS im 2,5L Beutel gekauft. Über die Wirkung braucht man hier nicht sprechen. Ich glaube die Wirkung und Einnahmeempfehlung ist bei nur wenigen Produkten ähnlich stark wissenschaftlich nachgewiesen wie bei dem hier angebotenen Kombiprodukt. Die Mischung aus Kohlenhydraten, Eiweis und Creatin Monohydrat ist gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Es wird vermutet, dass der Zusatz an HMB ebenfalls positive Auswirkungen auf die Aufnahmefähigkeit von Creatin in die Muskelzellen hat. Das Produkt wirkt. Geschmacklich habe ich mir Cookies & Cream bestellt. Das schmeckt einwandfrei. Nicht zu süß wie andere myprotein Produkte und tatsächlich ein bisschen nach Cookies. Sowohl in Wasser als auch Milch schmeckt es super. Anfangs hatte ich für ca 1 Woche mit dem Präparat Magenprobleme, sodass ich es abgesetzt hatte. Nach einer weiteren Woche Pause habe ich dann Wasser anstelle der Vollmilch zum mischen genommen und die Portion (70g) auf zwei Einnahmen am Tag verteilt. Das Pulver löste sich viel besser (keinerlei Klumpen) und die Magenprobleme traten auch micht mehr auf. Wer weiß, was er sich da kauft und wofür, dem kann ich die Investition nur empfehlen.

Im Großen und Ganzen handelt es sich hier ja um Protein mit der Tagesration Kreatin. Und genau so wirkt es auch. Zuverlässig. Lässt sich im Shaker gut mischen. Der Geschmack ist etwas übertrieben. Die natürliche Banane schmeckt schon sehr künstlich und mehr nach Kaugummi als Banane, aber ok. Wirkung ist genau, was man erwartet und vom Preis her gleich oder etwas billiger als wenn ich Protein mit Kreatin bzw. Creapure selbst anmische. Also durchaus empfehlenswert.

21g Zucker??

Hurricane XS wurde mir in einem Paket zur Thematik Definitionstraining- zusammengepackt. Sorry aber was haben 21g Zucker mit Defitraining zu tun? bei 2-3 Shakes am Tag sieht man nach kurzer Zeit aus wie John Goodman auf Pump. Geschmack ist toll, Mischbarkeit auch, die Nährwerte werde ich wohl beim nächsten mal VORHER prüfen :) Fazit: Masse kommt definitiv, fraglich ob man die als Bauchfett tragen möchte. Das gute alte Wheyprotein mit 5.2g Zucker und lediglich 400cal bleibt auf der Spitze.

Geschmacksneutral schmeckt dass nur nach dem hinzugefügtem Hafer, deshalb ist das echt schwer runterzukriegen. Eine entsprechende Bemerkung wäre hilfreich gewesen, um das Produkt mit Geschmacksrichtung zu wählen

Habe jetzt zum zweiten mal hurricane xs gekauft. Das erste mal jetzt mit cookies and cream. Der Geschmack an sich ist ganz gut aber sehr sehr süß. Auch die Mischbarkeit könnte noch besser sein. Sonst ist das Produkt super. Habe seid dem ich die shakes trinke mehr power beim Training

So geht´s voran!

Ich gebe mir nun schon seit einiger Zeit 100g Hurricane Extreme gemischt mit 100g Hurricane XS aufgelöst in Wasser täglich nach dem Training (KEIN VOLUMENTRAINING!!!). Ich bin clean und gehe seither trotzdem so auf, dass ich ständig gefragt werde, was ich mir geben würde. Dazu habe ich durch den täglichen Verzehr dieses Pre-Trainingsshakes, 2 Hurricane XS Riegeln und 1 Protein-Cookie + 500g Magerquark morgens mein KFA auf unter 5% bekommen und gleichzeitig einiges an solider Muskelnmasse aufgebaut. Ich würde einfach mnal behaupten - es funktioniert!
